Better You Strides Sign-On

Step 1

Start by logging into your Florida Blue Account

Log into your account at FLBlueGroupBenefits.com

Start here!
All Done!

Step 2

Navigate to and open the side menu on the top right of your screen

Open the menu

Step 3

Select Better You Strides from the drop-down menu

Select BYS

Step 4

If you haven’t, complete the Personal Health Assessment to get points toward your Wellness Credit

Take the Personal Health Assessment

Step 5

Complete the Personal Health Assessment and return to your dashboard

Complete the Assessment

Step 6

Explore the Better You Strides Dashboard and find More Activities to complete to be eligible for your Wellness Credit
