Get rewarded for working on your health and wellness! Complete various activities, earn points, and redeem for your employer's incentive.
Getting Started
Each employer group has their own specific activity requirements and their own incentives. Find your employer group below to explore your program’s details. Regardless of your employer, activities and incentives are provided through Florida Blue’s wellness platform Better You Strides.
For all benefits eligible employees, whether you accepted or waived GatorCare insurance, you will need to create a Better You Strides account in order to participate in the incentive program. Click the button below for detailed instructions on how to get started.

UF Health Shands Gainesville
The 2025 incentive program took place April 1 – September 30, 2025 and has concluded. Thank you to all participants.
The 2025 Incentive Requirements Included:
- Biometric Screening
- Online Health Assessment
- 300 points within the Better You Strides portal
Participants should expect their incentive to arrive in their email by the end of November.

UF College of Medicine Gainesville
The 2025 incentive program has closed. Thank you to all participants.
UFICO
The 2025 incentive program took place April 1 – October 31, 2025 and has concluded. Thank you to all participants.
GatorGradCare
The 2026 Wellness Incentive Program runs from February 1 until March 31, 2026.
2026 Wellness Incentive Program Details:
- Complete a biometric screening at an on- campus event or at a participating Quest Diagnostics by March 26, 2026.
- Complete an online health assessment via AlwaysOn app or via Better You Strides portal by March 31, 2026.
Important Dates and Details:
- Participants should expect their incentive to arrive in their email by the end of May. The e-gift cards will be sent directly from Amazon, so be sure to check your junk/spam and trash folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

UF Health Jacksonville/UFJPI
The 2025 incentive program has closed. Thank you to all participants.

UF Proton Therapy Institute
The 2026 Wellness Incentive Program runs from January 1st until November 15th.
2026 Wellness Incentive Program Details:
To be entered into a wellness raffle, simply complete the following requirements:
- Complete a biometric screening at UF Health Jacksonville, Proton, or Quest (available 5/1-10/31). More details to come with dates for onsite screenings and Quest instructions via email.
- Participate in one wellness activity or program hosted by Proton or UF Health Jacksonville (program registration required).
Important Dates and Details:
- Deadline for reporting all wellness requirements: November 15, 2026
- Biometric screening results will be uploaded to your Better You Strides account.
- Remember, our online health assessment and Better You Strides program are still available for you to use at your leisure.

UF Health Central Florida
The 2026 Wellness Incentive Program runs from January 1st until November 30th.
Members who participate in the Wellness Incentive Program have the opportunity to complete required activities and earn a Wellness Credit – discount on your insurance premium.
Steps and required activities for earning the Wellness Credit:
Go to FLBlueGroupBenefits.com and log into your My Health Hub account. If this is your first time on the website click HERE for directions. Pro Tip – The prefix for all GatorCare members when logging in is UFS.
