Beginning January 1, 2027, GatorCare will partner with Liviniti to administer pharmacy benefits for our members. Liviniti will provide pharmacy benefit services and resources designed to support safe, convenient, and cost-effective access to prescription medications.
Your GatorCare ID card will include pharmacy benefit information. To help manage prescription drug costs, members are encouraged to use generic and preferred medications when available. Additional costs may apply when a non-preferred brand or specialty medication is selected when an equivalent, lower-cost option is available.
Prescription Drug Disposal
Often times prescription drugs make their way into the wrong hands or are disposed of improperly, harming the environment. Join national efforts to reduce the potential for prescription drug abuse and misuse by participating in a National Drug Take Back Day or finding a safe disposal location in your area to properly dispose of prescription drugs.
