Live & Recorded Fitness Classes

Join your GatorCare team for free, live fitness and wellness classes throughout the week. Classes include strength training, meditation, and stretching. No equipment is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome.
Recorded Fitness Classes
UF RecSports offers hundreds of recorded interval training, core, yogalates classes, and more. Ranging from 30-60 minutes, these classes will help you achieve your fitness goals wherever you are, whenever is best for you.
Looking for additional workouts to complete at home? These short, self-guided workouts can be completed in 5-10 minutes, and focus on various muscle groups and aspects of physical wellness.
Join the GatorCare Wellness Team Monday – Thursday at 12 p.m. for 15-minute live-streamed classes focusing on strength, cardio, meditation, or stretching. Tune in on Zoom by registering for the classes below. All fitness levels are welcome, and no equipment is needed!
Prior to participating in any of our live fitness/wellness classes, you must complete this waiver. (Note: The waiver only needs to be completed once per calendar year).

Stressed? Join Mallory on Tuesdays for a 15-minute class focusing on breathing, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation.
On Wednesdays, improve your total-body strength with a variety of easy-to-learn exercises targeting multiple muscle groups. No equipment is required!
Join Unwind on Thursday for gentle stretching, deep breathing, and mindfulness techniques to help you fully unwind.

- 12 Tweaks – Morning Mile – Walk a mile per day for one month
- 12 Tweaks – Crosstrain – Each week for a month, focus on aerobics, flexibility, strength, and active rest
