Effective January 1, 2025, this new website will be where you check your benefits, claims, find tier 1 providers in your area, and annual Better You Strides Wellness Incentive program!
Note: The FloridaBlue.com website will remain active until December 31, 2026 for you to check historical claims made prior to 2025.

Step 1
Navigate to the new Florida Blue website
Go to FLBlueGroupBenefits.com and select “Member Portal” on the home page.

Step 2
Enter your 3-Letter Prefix (UFS)
Enter the 3 letter prefix for your ID card into the prompt. All GatorCare members should have the prefix (UFS).

Step 3
Select Create an Account on the new re-directed site

Step 4
Enter your information
Enter your info to get identified in Florida Blue’s new system and begin your account creation process.

Step 5
Enter your E-mail then check your email for a verification code
Enter your E-mail address and open your selected e-mail to find and enter a verification code back into the Florida Blue system.

Step 6
Choose a Username and Password for your New Account
Create and fill in a new username and password for your account.

Step 7
Confirm your Communication Preferences – PAPERLESS RECOMMENDED
Select how you would like to receive billing information. We highly encourage selecting paperless communications.

Step 8
You’ve completed your new account set-up!
Congratulations, we encourage you to explore the new MyHealthHub platform for information on how to find care, data on previous claims, and how to get started on your yearly wellness incentive!

- You can search for in-network doctors, hospitals, and specialized health services.
- View an estimated cost of care for hundreds of services.
- Track the amount you’ve spent toward your deductible or out-of-pocket maximum.
- View your summary of benefits and other plan documents.
- View a digital copy of your member ID card or request a new member ID card.
- Review 2025 claims using a claims status tracker.
- Contact dedicated customer service through an online chat, email, or by calling the number on the back of your member ID card.

Q: Where do I register and log in to My Health Hub account?
A: Your My Health Hub account can still be reached by visiting FLBlueGroupBenefits.com and entering the 3-letter prefix (UFS) of your member ID.
Q: Can I create an account on the My Health Hub app?
A: If you’ve created an online member account, you can use the same username and password to log in to the mobile app. If you haven’t created a member account, you can register on the mobile app.
Q: If I have dependents on my health plan, can they make their own account?
A: Yes. Dependents 18 years of age and older can make their own account.
Q: How do I view my spouse or children’s health plan information on My Health Hub?
A: Dependents over the age of 18 need to create their own My Health Hub account to give the primary member HIPAA authorization. Primary account holders can view dependents’ health information if they are under the age of 18.
Q: How do I find a provider?
A: You can find a doctor, hospital, or other provider, including Tier 1 GatorCare providers, on the My Health Hub homepage.
Q: Where can I view my member ID card on My Health Hub?
A: You can view and request a new member ID card on the homepage of your hub.
Q: How do I contact Customer Service on My Health Hub?
A: You can contact customer service by using the online chat or message feature in the My Health Hub app. Customer service is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. You may also call the phone number on the back of your member ID card to speak with a dedicated customer service representative.
