Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with diabetes for years, Thriving with Diabetes is here to support you. This 8-week wellness program is available exclusively to GatorCare members who have been diagnosed with prediabetes, type 1, or type 2 diabetes. Participants will receive personalized coaching, invitations to information workshops, and access to a dietitian and registered nurse for additional questions.
