Access your account using your username and password.

Review the Data Statement and Authorize if you agree
Authorizing will allow your virtual urgent care provider to view your medical history to expedite your care.

How to Book a Virtual Primary Care Appointment
Step 1
Log in to your MyChart Account
Access your account using your username and password.

Open the Menu and Select “Schedule Virtual Primary Care”
Step 3
Ensure your Current Location is Correct
Select your U.S. state from the options provided.
Note: Members out of the country may not be able to receive care.

Select a provider and appointment time
Select from an extensive list of providers and times. Sort by date and time with the Search Criteria tab on the right side.
Step 5
Type in the most important thing you want addressed and press Continue

When you've completed your check-in and your provider is ready, press the Join Video Visit Button!

Q: What is KeyCare?
A: In response to member feedback, GatorCare has partnered with KeyCare to provide virtual care services to GatorCare members. KeyCare is an Epic-based virtual care platform designed to help improve access and quality by expanding virtual care options for patients.
Q: Who can use on demand care via KeyCare*?
A: The service will be available to patients age 0 and up. The service will require the creation of a UF MyChart account. Adults will access the service from within their MyChart account via the ‘Get Virtual Urgent Care Now’ menu. Proxies may schedule for another patient via the same workflow.
* For UF Health Central Florida team members – virtual care services are available by calling the UF Health Central Florida Access Center at (352) 323-5665. The KeyCare virtual benefit does not apply to Central Florida Members at this time.
Q: How much does the service cost?
A: The cost is determined based on the patient’s coverage after a real time eligibility check is run to calculate the copay due. If the patient’s coverage is unverified or in the event of an RTE downtime, KeyCare will collect the full visit amount ($59) from the patient)
Q: What conditions are appropriate for virtual care?
A: KeyCare provides care for conditions appropriate to on demand virtual care such as sinusitis, sore throat, rashes, and other minor illnesses. Through Epic’s Care Everywhere functionality, providers using the KeyCare platform have access to existing patient data for use in care delivery.
Q: How can I see my after-visit summary?
A: For Adult Patients: Log into your MyChart account and navigate to the visits page. The KeyCare AVS should appear in the same place as other health system visits.
For Patients Seen via Proxy: KeyCare sends an e-mail to the proxy. From there the proxy must enter their date of birth to access the limited AVS – prescriptions, work or school letter, and follow-up instructions.
Q: Who receive care?
A: KeyCare will provide access to URGENT CARE services to members of all ages, in all 50 states.
A: KeyCare will provide access to PRIMARY CARE services to members who are 18 and older, in Florida and Georgia.
Q: What times can I receive care?
A: KeyCare will provide access to URGENT CARE services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A: KeyCare will provide access to PRIMARY CARE Monday – Friday: 7 AM to 7 PM & Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM.
