Q: Who can use on demand care via KeyCare*?

A:    The service will be available to patients age 0 and up. The service will require the creation of a UF MyChart account. Adults will access the service from within their MyChart account via the ‘Get Virtual Urgent Care Now’ menu. Proxies may schedule for another patient via the same workflow.

Q: How much does the service cost?

A: The cost is determined based on the patient’s coverage after a real time eligibility check is run to calculate the copay due. If the patient’s coverage is unverified or in the event of an RTE downtime, KeyCare will collect the full visit amount ($59) from the patient)

Q: What conditions are appropriate for virtual care?
