WHAT:
UF Health outpatient pharmacy customers will be able to use the MyUFHealth patient portal and mobile app to track prescription requests and get real-time notifications when medication is ready for pickup.

User-friendly MyUFHealth tools already allow patients to request a medication refill, assign one or more preferred pharmacies, set up payment, and message providers with prescription questions.
WHEN/WHO:
Starting on Oct. 14, these added options will be accessible for patients using UF Health outpatient pharmacies in Gainesville and Central Florida.

UF Health patients can set up access on the MyUFHealth patient portal website or mobile application to easily manage their health care 24/7 from any location.
