Our spiritual life is an often-overlooked aspect of wellness, but our guiding beliefs, principles and values provide us with deeper meaning and purpose.
Cultural wellness refers to our awareness and understanding of and intrinsic respect for our own identities and background as well as the diversity and richness present in the cultural backgrounds and identities of others.
The following workshops and programs are available either as live offerings or as self-guided activities. Complete programs individually, or invite your coworkers, friends, and family to join for support and motivation.
Join your GatorCare team for free, live fitness and wellness classes throughout the week. Classes include strength training, yoga, meditation, stretching, and interval training. No equipment is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome.
Gather your office for a wellness screening event or live wellness workshop. Assess your physical fitness, or learn more about various wellness topics with a live workshop. Workshops are available in-person and online.
Participate in one of our guided or self-directed wellness challenges to create positive habits in a fun way. Receive support and guidance while working on your physical fitness, nutrition habits, environmental footprint, or relationship with technology.
Yoga, stretching, strength, meditation, and cardio classes are all available on-demand. Select one of our 5-45 minute workout videos to exercise on your own time, wherever you are!
