The Practice of Presence is an engaging spiritual wellness webinar designed to help you slow down and reconnect with what matters most. During the session, we’ll explore simple contemplative practices that bring stillness and reflection into your workday. The experience continues with a four-week self-guided practice, offering short daily invitations to pause, realign with your values, and deepen your sense of meaning, no matter your background.

Funny Money

Join the Funny Money program by Employee Wellness and learn the basics of financial management with a humorous twist.
Participants will receive Zoom invites for the virtual classes, which will be held every Tuesday in June from 12:00p to 12:45p. The sessions will be recorded, but live participation is always encouraged.
