This four week walking challenge will encourage you and your coworkers to get up and get moving! Participants and teams track and record their daily steps throughout the challenge and compete against other teams from UF and UF Health. The winning teams will have their team name added to the trophy and get to house the trophy until the next challenge winners are announced.The walking challenge takes place every spring and fall.

This free, on-going class is offered to all UF and UF Health employees every Tuesday from 12:15-1pm in the Ustler Hall, 162 Fletcher Drive. Meet in the atrium located on the second floor. The class is appropriate for all levels and focuses on reducing stress and tension while building flexibility and strength. Led by Kim Holton.
This free class is offered to all UF and UF Health employees every Saturday from 10-11am through June 4, 2016. The class is appropriate for all levels and is designed to provide each student with the appropriate modifications. Led by Isabel Garcia-Rose.

Nutritious You From Blue
Five-week series provides comprehensive nutrition education on understanding calories and nutrients, portion sizes, reading and using food labels, comparing food products, healthy cooking methods, dining out, meal planning tools, and more! Several of the components can also be given as a one hour presentation instead of the five-week course.
