Supporting wellness across Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Central Florida.
The GatorCare Wellness program works in partnership with UF-HR Wellness to offer support on a 9-dimensional model of wellness. We believe that wellness is an integration of all nine dimensions and that each of us has our own balance of priorities within this model. We aim to deliver impactful resources to empower you to live your life fully.
To bring the 9 Windows of Wellness to life, we offer programs and resources designed to meet you where you are. From engaging challenges that build community, to fitness classes, nutrition support, and educational workshops, our offerings give you practical ways to strengthen every dimension of wellness.
