GatorCare offers free, live fitness and wellness classes throughout the week. Join us virtually or in-person for meditation, yoga, strength training, interval training, stretching, and more. No equipment is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome. Additionally, explore our video library of recorded fitness and wellness classes. Classes last 5-45 minutes and can be completed at home or at work, whenever is convenient for you.
Prior to participating in any of our live fitness/wellness classes, you must complete this waiver. (Note: The waiver only needs to be completed once per calendar year)
Join the GatorCare Wellness Team Monday – Thursday at 12 p.m. for a 15-minute live-streamed class focusing on strength, cardio, yoga, or stretching. Tune in on Zoom by registering for the classes below. All fitness levels are welcome, and no equipment is needed!
Every Monday, join JumpStart for a cardio and strength class designed to elevate your heart rate, energy, and mood for the week.
Each Tuesday, join Flow, an all-levels yoga class that can be done at the comfort of your desk.
On Wednesdays, improve your total-body strength with a variety of easy-to-learn exercises targeting multiple muscle groups. No equipment is required!
Join Unwind on Thursday for gentle stretching, deep breathing, and mindfulness techniques to help you fully unwind.
Join your GatorCare Wellness Team for free, in-person fitness classes at UF Health Professional Park (3300 SW Williston Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608). Offerings include Yoga and Move It, a total-body strength and conditioning class. All fitness levels are welcome, and pre-registration is not required. For your own comfort, please bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on the ground.
Classes are offered at 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Meet your instructor in the Professional Park Visitor’s Lobby at 4:45 p.m. to be directed to your fitness class. For off-site employees, visitor parking will be available in front of the building (the side closest to 34th street). Enter through the doors nearest the flagpole.
