Join your GatorCare team for free, live fitness and wellness classes throughout the week. Classes include strength training, meditation, and stretching. No equipment is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome.

UF RecSports offers hundreds of recorded interval training, core, yogalates classes, and more. Ranging from 30-60 minutes, these classes will help you achieve your fitness goals wherever you are, whenever is best for you.

Zumba
Are you ready to join the dance revolution?! Join Louise for Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:15 p.m. at the UF Health Professional Park building. Note: It’s OK if you can’t make it to every class. Come to whichever classes fit your schedule!

Live-Streamed Classes
Join the GatorCare Wellness Team Monday – Friday at 12 p.m. for 15-minute live-streamed classes focusing on strength, cardio, meditation, or stretching. Tune in on Zoom by registering for the classes below. All fitness levels are welcome, and no equipment is needed!
Prior to participating in any of our live fitness/wellness classes, you must complete this waiver. (Note: The waiver only needs to be completed once per calendar year).

Join us every Monday to elevate your heart rate, energy, and mood for the week.
Relax
Stressed? Join us on Tuesdays for a 15-minute class focusing on breathing, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation.
Build – On Hiatus
Build will be going on a short hiatus and will return this Summer!
Unwind
Join Unwind on Thursday for gentle stretching, deep breathing, and mindfulness techniques to help you fully unwind.
Align
Learn how to stand tall every Friday for a lunchtime class on improving posture and relieving back pain through stretching and core-strengthening exercises.
