Come Together: Social and Cultural Text Program

Ready to enhance your well-being and connect with your community? For 5 weeks, we’ll guide you through activities designed to build supportive relationships, celebrate diversity, and foster a sense of belonging. Each week features exciting tasks, from cultural events and community projects to mindfulness and empathy exercises.

Eating Well in the Workplace

Healthy eating helps improve concentration and
focus, while also helping energy levels! In this 4-week series, you will learn how to eat healthier while at work. This on-demand program will feature weekly episodes and tip sheets designed to guide your selections in the cafeteria and provide inspiration for easy-to-pack options.

Plank and Drank Challenge

Get excited for the Plank and Drank Challenge! Complete weekly hydration trackers and challenge yourself to plank longer every day to stay hydrated and improve your core strength.

Time Management Series

Develop time management skills to help increase efficiency and become more productive. In this 4-week self-directed program, you will learn the basics of time management and several techniques to apply to your work and personal life.

Wellness Worldwide

Enhance your cultural wellness and explore diverse traditions and practices in this 10-week email-based program. Each email will highlight a different practice from around the world to encourage awareness, participation and respect for cultural wellness worldwide.

1 Mile a Day Challenge

Join the “Mile A Day” challenge and step up to a healthier you. Lace up your shoes, hit the pavement and commit to walking or running at least one mile everyday. Let’s stride toward better health, one step at a time!
