Professional Park Wellness Week
Join us for a journey to total wellness at UF Health Professional Park's Wellness Week! This week is devoted to celebrating the employees of Professional Park in anticipation of Employee Appreciation Day, March 1. We're excited to invite you to a week-long celebration of your health and well-being, where we'll explore and nurture the physical, social, spiritual, and emotional dimensions of wellness.
This Wellness Week is your opportunity to prioritize self-care, connect with your colleagues, and build a stronger, healthier community of workplace wellness. Mark your calendar and join us for a week of holistic well-being that will leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.

This Wellness Week will feature:
🧘Monday, February 26: Meditation and Zen Room 🧘
- Whether you’re a seasoned meditation enthusiast or a curious beginner, stop by the Professional Park serenity room to help cultivate a sense of inner peace. Guided meditations will be offered every 30 minutes from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. in room B108. The last meditation will start at 3 p.m. To ensure everyone has a chance to take full advantage of the 8-minute guided meditation, we ask that you please arrive on time.
- Additionally, express your creativity and tap into your inner child while you unwind in the quiet art room. Located in room B116, stop by anytime between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to participate in a collaborative Professional Park art piece, put together a puzzle with some friends, color, and have fun!

🥜 Wednesday, February 28: Build Your Own Trail Mix & Nutrition Education 🍏
- It’s time to unleash your creativity and build your own mouthwatering trail mix blend! While supplies last, dive into our array of nuts, dried fruits, and tasty treats to concoct your perfect snack combination. Plus, as you indulge your taste buds, take advantage of our nutrition resources and education materials like how to build a balanced snack and how to eat well in the workplace.
- Don’t miss out on this opportunity to fuel your body and mind. Swing by room B118 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and satisfy your cravings while boosting your wellness knowledge.
- Note: 1 trail mix bag per person and nuts will be separate from additional toppings
🌱 Thursday, February 29: Scavenger Hunt 📍
- Embark on an exciting journey through Professional Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Participate in this scavenger hunt, where you’ll uncover clues and discover different dimensions of wellness. Collect stamps along the way to fill out your game card.
- Complete the hunt, submit your stamped card in the last room, and be entered for a chance to win a wellness prize. First clue: Just a few steps away from where you might pick up a letter is a room where you’ll learn how to make your job better. Happy scavenging!
- Note: This hunt only takes up to 15 minutes.
🌄 Friday, March 1: Outdoor Fun Friday 🤸♂️
- Take a break from the office, celebrate, and soak up some fresh air while competing in lawn games including corn hole, big Jenga, and more. Come on outside by the employee entrance 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and bring you’re A-game. Make this Friday one to remember with laughter, friendly competition, and good times outdoors.
