Out-Of-Area (UF Health Plan #05908)
UF Health Out-Of-Area

Designed for GatorCare Members working outside of the Central/North Florida Area

The highest value for the Out-of-Area plan is received when utilizing facilities in the Florida Blue BlueOptions Network which includes hospitals, physicians, and providers nationwide. When using the Florida Blue BlueOptions Network for wellness and preventive care, annual physicals and labs are offered with no out-of-pocket expense to you. The Out-of-Area plan also offers some coverage for Out-of-Network facilities and providers, albeit at a much lower coverage rate. It is generally advised to stay within the BlueOptions Network to incur the lowest costs.
