GatorCare members are eligible to sign up for a WW membership at half the cost. Join a virtual community as you seek to make evidence-based lifestyle changes to reach your wellness goals.

GatorCare has partnered with WW (formerly Weight Watchers) to bring you the myWW program at half the cost. Receive access to the WW digital platform for activity and nutrition tracking, on-demand workouts, 24/7 coaching, and the members-only digital community. Virtual workshops with a WW coach are also available, bringing you the latest science-backed techniques to help you lose weight and build healthy habits. Register or learn more here.
Private Virtual Workshops
Join fellow GatorCare WW members for a private virtual workshop on Tuesdays at 12 p.m. Led by WW Coach Carol Ann Traub, these sessions are the perfect opportunity to gain support, accountability, and insight for your wellness goals. *Note: The sign-up link only works from a mobile device.

Join your GatorCare Wellness Team for live-streamed wellness classes. Strength, cardio, stretching, and meditation are all available.

Pre-Recorded Classes
View our library of pre-recorded yoga, strength, cardio, and stretching wellness classes. Classes range from 5 to 45 minutes, and no equipment is needed. Work out on your schedule.
