Gather your colleagues for one of our wellness workshops, or engage with one of our individualized wellness challenges designed to build healthy habits. Live-streamed classes are also available throughout the week including strength training, yoga, meditation, stretching, and interval training. Explore our wellness experiences below:

Live-Streamed Classes

Join your GatorCare team for live-streamed, 15-minute wellness classes throughout the work week. Classes include strength training, yoga, meditation, stretching, and interval training. No equipment is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome.

Challenges

Participate in one of our guided wellness challenges to create positive habits in a fun way. Receive support and guidance while working on your physical fitness, nutrition habits, environmental footprint, or relationship with technology.

Workshops

Gather your colleagues for a 15-60 minute wellness workshop on a topic of your choice! Options include stress management, deskercise, digital detox, meal prepping, and mindful eating. Note: All workshops are conducted virtually at this time.
