Florida Blue will mail new ID cards to all members enrolled in the UF Health Corporation group throughout December. Please begin using your new card on January 1, 2026, and replace your current card at that time.
You can also access and print your new ID card by logging into your Florida Blue online account.
To get started, visit FLBlueGroupBenefits.com and enter the three-letter prefix (UFS) from your member ID. Select Member Log In, or download the My Health Hub app from your device’s app store. If you don’t already have an account, follow the instructions below to create one.
