Florida Blue will be mailing new ID cards to all members throughout December. Replace your existing card with the new one starting 1/1/2025. See below for an example of the new cards:

- Effective January 1, 2025, you will have a NEW member website. Go to FLBlueGroupBenefits.com and enter the 3-letter prefix (UFS) of your member ID. Click Member Log In or visit the app store and download the My Health Hub app.
- Once you create an account, the new member website will help you check your benefits, claims, and provide many other important resources for you regarding your health plan.
- Your old member account (Floridablue.com) will remain active until December 31, 2026 for you to check your historical claims information.
