It has been brought to our attention that some members are unable to fill prescriptions because Magellan systems are showing coverage has been terminated.
This is mostly happening with members that changed plans for the 2024 year (i.e. going from Prime to Prime Plus or from HRA to HSA, etc.)
GatorCare is hard at work with MagellanRx and Florida Blue on a resolution.
If you are an affected member, please contact one of our on-site representatives below for assistance. They will help to ensure that members continue to receive their scripts in a timely manner.
