Important Information Regarding Talkspace Disruption

The Talkspace issue has been resolved!

Members who reached out to GatorCare and/or Talkspace: You’ll receive an email from Talkspace letting you know that your session room has been reopened. The goal is to have all impacted members emailed by the end of the day today, Thursday, 12/21/23.

Members whose rooms were affected but did not directly contact GatorCare and/or Talkspace:  Session rooms will be automatically reactivated. Notification to these members has not yet been finalized.

Talkspace continues to work on a solution for our members. We’ve opened up communication for all members experiencing technical difficulties with Talkspace.
