Did you know that it only takes 15 minutes of exercise/stretching each day to improve your health? Here you will find our new 15-minute, lunchtime classes, available to any UF or UF Health Employee! Each are live-streamed via Zoom and recorded. All fitness levels are welcome and no equipment is needed. If you would like to register for any of the classes, you will need to complete a separate registration form, as each class has a different Zoom link.
Before attending, you MUST complete our online waiver. You only have to do this once.

Join Katie every Monday for a cardio and strength class, designed to elevate your heart rate, energy, and mood for the week.

Tuesdays, 12-12:15 pm
Build
Join Stephen every Tuesday for a variety of easy-to-learn exercises that will target multiple muscle groups. No equipment required!

Wednesdays, 12-12:15 pm
Relax
Join Mallory every Wednesday for a peaceful class that focuses on breathing, meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation.

Thursdays, 12-12:15 pm
Unwind
Join Kaitlyn every Thursday for gentle stretching to help improve muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.
