The first round begins May 4th and we will be reading “The How of Happiness” by Sonja Lyubomirsky. It is up to you to choose a hard cover or electronic version of the book. There are no requirements to rent or buy the book, but some resources to access the book are below.

Once you’ve chosen a discussion group that works with your schedule, click the corresponding link. This will open the group leader’s email. Request to join their book club discussion group. The group leader will respond with the Zoom meeting invitation. Be sure to add the meeting to your calendar! Discussion groups will be 30 minutes in duration unless the facilitator extends the time to foster further discussion.
