What’s Included?

  • Self-directed training begins the Monday after you sign up. We encourage you to use an app or printed training plan.
  • A variety of training tools and plans, including training apps and printed training plans
  • Weekly emails with inspiration, motivation, encouragement, and tips
  • The Couch to 5K Facebook group to keep you engaged with other people in the program, and schedule times to run with a buddy or a group!
